Description:
Iron Dextran 20% Plus combines iron dextran and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Iron is essential for the formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, and contributes to normal functioning of metabolism and immune systems.
Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that plays a vital role in the activity of several enzymes in the body. It is critical in the development of genetic material and the production of red blood cells, and contributes to normal functioning of metabolism and nervous and immune systems.
Indications:
Treatment and prevention of iron deficiencies in piglets and calves.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

For deep intramuscular.
– Piglets: 1 ml on the 3rd day of age.
– Calves: 2 – 4 ml in a fold of skin over the neck.
